便秘时别碰这些食物!
你是不是经常因为排便不顺而苦恼?与其吃那些助于排便的食物,不如知道不该吃什么吧,便秘时,千万别碰这些食物哦!
Instead of eating food that aids digestion, stay away from these constipation-causing foods!
1 巧克力 Chocolate:
有些低浓度的巧克力含有大量的脂肪。这能使我们肌肉收缩,是的肠胃的蠕动下降。消化过程因此变慢。
Some low concentration chocolates contain an abundance of fats that takes up more time to digest them. If you still crave for chocolates, try out dark chocolates!

2 乳制品 Dairy products:
乳制品里的乳糖会使肠胃道胀气及腹胀。这就是为什么有一部分人在吃完乳制品感到腹部不适。它身为高脂肪,低纤维的食物能影响消化。使用时最好可搭配高纤维的食物一起吃,譬如蔬果。
Lactose in dairy products leads to bloating of our stomach, which is why some found it uncomfortable after drinking milk.

3 红肉 Red meat:
猪肉,牛肉和羊肉内涵的脂肪量较高,需要更长的时间消化。红肉的蛋白纤维较硬,比一般的纤维更难消化。
These are meat such as pork, beef and lambs. They hold much more fat granules compared to other meats, taking longer time to be digested.

4 未熟的香蕉Unripe bananas:
未熟透的香蕉含有高量的鞣酸,外皮带青,吃起来涩涩的。鞣酸不仅收敛肠道,还使粪便硬化,使其更难被排出。它们外皮带青,吃起来涩涩的。
These bananas have a high amount of tannic acid that hardens our faeces and weakens the intestines.

5 油炸食品Fried foods:
这属于高脂肪食物,也造成肠胃的堵塞。脂肪比其他物质需要更长的时间消化。便秘的人还是建议减少吃油炸食物的频率。
High fats containing food causes the blockage of our intestines. It Is recommended to people suffering from constipation to eat less fried foods.

6 冷冻食品 Frozen food:
为了延长保存期限,这些食品添加了多量的盐。过多的盐使水分聚在在人体,无法顺利被排除,进而造成水肿影响排便。
Large amounts of salt are added to these foods to preserve them for a longer time. Such high intakes of salt may withdraw water molecules away from our faeces, causing hardening of faeces.

7 白米饭 White rice:
白米饭的纤维含量低,会在肠胃道停留更长的时间。选择纤维较高的糙米对排便较有益处。除此之外,糙米的营养价值远超白米,是补充能量的不错选择。
Not only does it have a lower content of fibre than brown rice, it holds a lower nutritional content than it. Fibre aids digestion by keeping our intestines moving.
