为什么喝水能减肥 Why does it help?

根据医学专家的研究,喝水确实能减肥。对于正快速减肥却不摄入足够水的人们,体重反而会增加。这是因为体内许多化学反应都以水为介质进行的。适当饮水可避免肠胃功能紊乱。
This is proven by medical specialists. For the ones that are trying to lose weight but having low water intake, their weight might even increase. This is because water works as the main medium for the chemical reactions in our body.
一般建议喝三十摄氏度以下的温水。这样的水不仅不过于刺激肠胃的蠕动,也不易造成血管收缩。
It is recommended to drink warm water at a temperature lower than 30°C .
喝水的重要时段 When to drink water?
1.早上起床 In the mornings

起床后的第一杯水有助于排毒,具有促进肠胃蠕动,帮助排出宿便等功能。适当地加入一些蜂蜜能使润肠的效果更显著。长久以来,身体能从早轻松排清体内的毒素,自然也能起到减肥瘦身的效果。

2.午餐前 Half an hour before lunch

饭前半小时一杯能让水分被充分吸收形成胃液,让胃做好消化食物的准备。午餐前喝一杯暖开水,一来可以降低午饭的饮食分量,二来可以补充身体造成消耗的水分,加速新陈代谢。最重要的是她能增加饱腹感,降低食欲,有效控制卡路里的摄入量。

3.饭后半小时 Half an hour after meal

4.下午茶时间 During tea breaks

一般人在午间时头脑的活性会降低,而这时饮水能起到提神醒脑的作用。这是可以喝些茶水,在补充水分的同时补充维生素,对减肥有很大的帮助。
This is the period of time where brain activities are lowered and consuming water refreshes your mind.
5.晚餐前 Before dinner

同样,这能增加饱腹,降低食欲,还有利于溶解晚餐摄入的盐分,稀释血液,使身体不至于因摄入过度盐分而缺水。每餐应以热量低的蔬果为主,此外也应该摄取适量的优质蛋白质。

6.睡前 Before sleep

这不仅能促进新陈代谢排出毒素,也能提身体补充夜间所需的水分。在晚上,人体的新陈代谢速度会加速,这意味着需要更大量的水源。
Take a sip of water before sleep as the metabolic rate of our body increases during the night. Make sure to not drink plenty of water before sleep as it may cause face bloating.
