懒得喝水的人看过来!
你是否和我一样都不喜欢喝清淡的白开水?对于你来说一天要喝满8杯水的份量是否真的很困难?让我来告诉你如何养成多喝水的妙招吧!Getting enough fluid every day is important for your health. Use these tips for drinking and stay hydrated !
1. 选择漂亮水瓶/杯子 Choose a delicate cup/bottle:

买个会诱发你喝水动机的水杯,让你觉得喝水不再是毫无吸引力的无聊事。
It can be a cup with refined designs; the point is to induce you to drink it!
2.水瓶上做标记 Mark your water levels:

你可以用记号笔和橡皮筋在水瓶上做标记,标出要喝的水量。每个标记代表一个时间段的水量。如此一来,喝水更有动力了!
You can use markers or rubber bands to mark the volume of water to drink for a period of time. Spice up the fun in drinking water!
3.替你的水提味吧 Flavour up your water:

从喝饮料的习惯改成喝白开水可不是一朝一夕之事。与其喝高糖量和人工化学调味剂的饮料,不如在水里加颗新鲜的柠檬!蜜糖和冷冻莓果都是不错的选择。
Switching from drinks to water isn’t an easy deal. For a kick-start, you may add some fresh lemons and berries to flavour up your water.
4.用水泡茶 Replace water with tea:

若你实在不喜欢喝无味的白开水,那就试试泡些花茶吧。不过这可不包括绿茶和红茶。这两个茶的利尿消过会让喝水的效果大打折扣!
If you really couldn’t bore the tasteless water, switch it to flower teas. This does not include green tea and english tea which may cause further water loss.
5.前一晚准备好Prepare the day before:

睡前可以准备一个装满温水的水壶放在床边或者浴室门口。这样起床后的第一件事就是喝水,让你及时补充身体前一晚所失的水分。
This includes putting up a bottle of water at the corner of your bed or outside the bathroom where it is easy to reach.
6.使用环保吸管 Use eco-friendly straws:

不是每个人都喜欢大口大口地喝水。巧妙地利用吸管能增加喝水的效率,让你更喜欢喝水。
Using straws can increase the frequency of drinking water, and metal straws are the best option when it comes to eco-friendly terms.
7.吃高水含量的食物Eat high water content foods:

食物里的水份比水更容易吸收,更为健康!这时候可以选择多吃西瓜,生菜,黄瓜等食物。
Water found in foods can be better absorbed by our bodies. Foods such as watermelons, lettuces and cucumbers are food with high water contents.
