早餐有吃没吃,有差吗?
Is breakfast as important as everyone says it is?
坊间流传的一句话:“早餐吃得像皇帝,午餐吃得像平民,晚餐吃得像乞丐。”但其实,早餐有吃没吃,有差吗?
答案是: 有!一顿均衡的早餐对健康很有帮助。
为什么应该吃早餐呢?
1.补充营养 Replenish nutrients
经过一夜的睡眠,夜间胃分泌的胃酸,若没有食物去中和,会刺激胃黏膜导致胃部不适,久之可进而引起胃肠病。夜间丧失的水分和营养若不被及时补充,血黏度增加,更不利于夜间产生的废物排除,提高患结石以及中风的危险。
Food is needed to neutralize the acid produced and replenish the nutrition lost throughout the night.
研究发现,不吃早餐会使患上心脏病的风险增加27%,男性患II型糖尿病的风险增加21%,女性患II型糖尿病的风险增加20%。
Research shows that the risk of suffering from heart disease is higher for people who skips breakfast.

2.补充体力 Energy Recharge
不吃早餐的人们经常感到劳累,脑力无法集中,反应迟钝。这是因为体内无法提供足够的血糖以供消耗。
People who skips breakfast tend to feel less concentrated and tired as the body is unable to supply enough glucose in the morning.

3.早餐不致胖 Stay Slim With A Healthy Breakfast
一天三餐中,早餐是最不易致肥胖的一顿。科学吃早餐会使我們保们好身材,每天都吃早餐,也不用担心腰围尺寸變大。但早餐要吃高纤维食品,高纤维食品热量不高消化速度慢,吃过早餐后不会饿得太快。
A healthy breakfast will keep your body slim and fit. High fiber intake in the morning will keep you full for much longer.

4.增强记忆力 Better Memory
大脑的能量来源于葡萄糖,这种芪糖只能聚集在肝藏和肾脏中,而且只能贮存8小时。早晨如不进餐,会使大脑出现能量不足引起记忆力衰退。
Glucose is the main energy source for the brain, and can be stored up to 8 hours per day. If we skip breakfast, our brain will lack glucose supply and this, in turn will cause our memory to grow weak.

5.解决胃部不适 No Gastric
因为人在睡眠的时候,胃里仍会会泌少量胃酸,如果不吃早餐,胃酸就会因为没有食物中和而刺激胃强膜,导致胃部不适,久而久之就会引起胃炎、溃疡病等。
Gastric acid is secreted while we sleep. Skipping breakfast will cause stomachache and slight discomfort. Skipping breakfast everyday might cause gastric and stomach ulcer.
起床后活动20-30分钟再吃早餐最合适。早餐吃得太早,是不会干扰肠胃的休息,扰乱肠胃的蠕动节奏!

早餐要在起床半个小时后吃,让身体有足够的时间准备消化。Breakfast should be eaten 30 mins after waking up to prepare your body for digestion work.
不吃太丰盛,营养的早餐:人体的脾脏在清晨时困顿呆滞。过于营养的早餐只会造成肠胃的负担,对身体有害无益。
