晚上应该进食吗?
对于大部分人,最丰盛的一餐莫过于晚餐。而也有一部分人为了减少卡路里的摄入量而杜绝吃晚餐。可到底应不应该吃呢?
Some refer to dinner as the largest and most formal meal of the day, while others skip dinner to lower their calorie intake. There’s the question: “ Should we eat dinner?”

1 睡醒头晕?Dizzy in the morning?
在睡觉的时候血液循环流动速度会变慢,供氧能力会比较弱,这时候需要补充足够的能量,保证机体的所需,这就是为什么长期不吃晚餐,一觉起来就感到头晕的原因。People who have skipped dinner for a long term tend to experience dizziness after waking up due to the lack of nutrients.

2 不吃晚餐影响大脑功能 Skipping dinner affects brain function
人在晚上的时候自身的血糖含量是较低的,如果不吃晚饭,体内的血糖更低,大脑就会得不到营养的供给,从而影响大脑功能。A person’s blood glucose level reaches its lowest during the evening. It will drop further without consuming dinner, affecting the brain’s functioning.

3 晚餐要健康 Choose healthy food
这里的晚餐指的不是薯片,披萨,泡面这些不健康的宵夜伙伴。晚餐应该以水果,蔬菜和少量含有蛋白质的食物搭配。这确保身体里的器官获得足够的能量在夜间进行排毒与运作。
Dinner should mainly focus on fruits and vegetables,embellished with a dab of protein.

4 不吃煎炸油腻的食物 No fried , oily food
吃晚饭的时候一定要尽量避免油腻,容易胀气的食物,因为这些食物有可能导致肠胃的吸收不良。尤其是在晚上,人体的机体正处于一种休息的状态,容易造成食物的挤压,从而影响消化系统功能。
Oily foods are not recommended as it may cause a failure in efficiency of absorption. This is especially during night times when our organs are getting into a resting state.

5 睡前三个小时不进食 No food intake 3 hours before bed
给予你的身体足够的时间消化并吸收晚餐。这能有效避免消化不良和胃病。
Have your dinner 3 hours before bed. Give your body time to digest, this may prevent indigestion and gastric problems.

6 餐后散步 A walk after dinner
晚餐半小时后也可以和和家人到附近公园里散散步,这有助于晚餐的消化。
Taking walks around the neighbourhood with friends and families can also boost digestion.
