不过,连日以来的宅在家,也有部分人开始觉得憋闷甚至焦虑,大人都会有些焦虑情绪,那么孩子的心理又到底会是怎么样的?
疫情期间,我们应该如何调节自己与孩子的情绪?

1. 限制接触新闻和社交媒体的时间
Take a break from media coverage of COVID-19.

孩子们可能会误解他们所听到的内容,并对他们不了解的内容感到恐惧,所以减少新闻与社交媒体的接触能帮助缓解紧张情绪。大人也需要向孩子解释清楚,以免他们误会而导致孩子感到恐惧。
Children may misinterpret what they hear and can be frightened about something they do not understand. By limiting the time exposure to news and social media can help to relieve tension. Adults also need to explain clearly to their children, so as not to misunderstand them and cause them to feel fear.
2.为孩子树立榜样 Be a role model

情绪像病毒一样也具有传染性,父母也需要调适好自己的心理状态,在孩子面前更多表现出积极情绪。在居家隔离期间正好有大量时间进行学习、看书,也可以陪伴孩子。大人们一定要告诉孩子 “我们一定可以克服困难”、“今天又是美好的一天”等。

3. 给孩子普及传染病知识

家长可以将一个装满水的碗放在桌上,水中均勻撒满胡椒(代表病毒),在碗中的胡椒将漂浮在水面上,然后请家长再准备另一碗肥皂水。
第一个步骤,先要孩子将手指放入胡椒水中再拿出,孩子的手指放入胡椒水后将沾滿了胡椒。
第二个步骤,请家长把孩子的手擦干净,再将孩子的手指放进肥皂水中,接著放到胡椒水里。
神奇的事情将发生,就在孩子把手指放入胡椒水中的那一刻,胡椒将会自动散开,孩子的手指将不会沾到任何胡椒,干干净净。
Answer questions and share facts about COVID-19 in a way that your child can understand.
Parents can share with their children why washing hands can drive away from the virus. For example, Pepper Water Experiment tells children how important it is to wash their hands.
Parents can put a bowl of water on the table, and sprinkle the pepper (representing a virus) evenly in the water. The pepper in the bowl will float on the water, and then ask parents can prepare another bowl of soapy water.
The first step is to ask the child to put their finger in the pepper water and then take it out. After the child’s finger is put in the pepper water, it will be filled with pepper.
In the second step, parents should clean the child’s finger, then put the child’s finger in the soapy water, and then put it again into the pepper water.
