很多人可能会问,人类吃糖几万年了,怎么突然就有问题了?
从目前来看,多吃糖的确对于健康不利。但需要指出的是,这里的糖是指添加糖,并不是食物中天然存在的糖。添加糖是指额外添加到食物中的糖,包括蜂蜜和果汁中的糖。但并不包括天然食物中存在的糖,比如新鲜水果中的果糖、奶类中的乳糖、粮食和薯类中的淀粉。
People may ask, humans have been eating sugar for thousands of years, why is there a problem?
From the current point of view, eating more sugar is really bad for your health. But it should be pointed out that sugar here refers to added sugar, not sugar that occurs naturally in food such as fructose in some fresh fruits, lactose in milk, starch in grains and potatoes.

1.甘蔗糖 Organic Cane Sugar:

2.白糖 White Sugar :

原料蔗糖经由溶解去杂质及多次结晶炼制而成的高纯度白糖。

3.红糖 Brown Sugar:

红糖又称天然糖或有机糖。甘蔗榨汁去杂质熬炼激晶而成。过去红糖是生产白糖的中间产品,而现在由于离心工艺的改进,一般直接生产出白糖,再添加糖蜜制得红糖。俗称的黑糖,是于红糖同样的糖品,主要颜色差异源於糖蜜的比例不同。

4.冰糖 Crystal Sugar :

精炼白糖经由溶解于多次结晶后炼制而成。

5.果糖 Fructose:

果糖存在水果与蜂蜜等食物中,属于单醣,可以直接吸收。甜度高用量低的特点及刺激血糖上升的程度较与蔗糖低,曾被视为糖尿病人与减重者可用的甜味剂。但果糖毕竟还是有热量。因此对于糖尿病人与减重者來說,使用代糖调味是比较好的选择。
Fructose is found in fruits and honey. It has been regarded as a sweetener for diabetic and weight loss people. But fructose still has calories. Therefore, for people with diabetes and weight loss, using sugar substitutes is a better choice.

糖存在被滥用的潜在可能性,加之其毒性和西方饮食中食糖的普遍性,使得它成为这场世界健康危机中的“主犯”。然而,与我们深知的毒品成瘾性和危害相比,糖虽然也具有一定成瘾性——如果你喜欢吃甜食,你会越来越想吃,而且无法轻易“戒掉”,但它的成瘾不是一次性的,而是多次累积起来的。并且,糖的成瘾性并不会那么强烈,糖对健康的影响也不会像毒品那么快速和直接。糖吃多了的危害,证据最确凿的是导致龋齿和肥胖,并不像毒品那样恐怖。
While its true that sugar is the main cause of health crisis, but if compared to drug addiction, its not that harmful. However, sugar is also a certain addiction. If you like to eat sweets, you will increasingly want to eat, and you can’t “quit” easily. Sugar addiction is not one-time, but accumulated over time. But still, the health effects of sugar are not as rapid and direct as those of drugs. The danger of eating too much sugar is the hardest evidence of caries and obesity, but not as scary as drugs.
