蛋糕越吃越胖 , 怎么办?

RULE 1 少吃酥皮蛋糕 Cut down on meringue cakes
酥皮意味着加了大量脂肪,含反式脂肪,对健康不利,且营养价值低。
Meringue cakes contain high levels of trans fat. It has low levels of nutrition, and puts a risk to our health.

RULE 2 选择高质量,小分量的 Small portion, high quality cakes
吃蛋糕的目的,不过是为了味蕾的享受。平日里得不到的享受,才能增添节日的幸福感。经常大块大块地吃,那就没意思了。少吃浓郁芝士蛋糕,巧克力蛋糕和玛分蛋糕(muffin), 这些蛋糕的脂肪量也不容小觑,小小一块就可能超过400大卡!

RULE 3 蛋糕最好在下午2点到晚上6点之间吃 Best consumed between 2-6pm
这段时间人的体温最高,活动量最大,就算吃了也能快速地消化掉。若是在晚餐后吃,更容易堆积,造成肥胖。另外也勿于空腹时吃,否则容易被吸收。
Cakes are best consumed between 2-6pm, as food digests better in this time span. If consumed after dinner, it will take longer to digest and may cause obesity.

RULE 4 平衡才是重点 Stay balanced
吃蛋糕后,一定要以低脂食物和大量的膳食纤维来平衡。酸奶是不错的选择。里面含有的维生素B能够促进代谢,阻止身体囤积脂肪。
Balance up with low carbs, high fibre food after having cakes. This may prevent the fats from accumulating in our body, helping you stay in shape!
